Knowledge Valley is committed to provide exceptional services in a timely manner.Unfortunately when a customer cancels without giving enough notice. It prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service and delivery quality. For these reasons, Knowledge Valley has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

Payment for the Workshop/Service
Your registration is complete when we receive the payment, payment can be done online through Credit card / online and we shall reserve your seat for the Workshop /offer service only upon payment. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment.

Transfer Request

Refund Policy
No refund will be issued before or after the registration of the workshop /event date.
